Biovision Clinical Solutions LLC is not a manufacturer of personal protective equipment (PPE). Biovision connects those in need of PPE to suppliers who have inventory to sell. Biovision itself does not manufacture, produce, import, export, store, transport, or deliver PPE. Our goal is to facilitate transactions between those who have inventory and those in need. Please be aware that any transaction(s) involving the purchase and sale of PPE will take place directly between the purchaser and either the manufacturer or Biovision. We strongly encourage all purchasers of PPE to conduct their own due diligence regarding any manufacturer or distributor with whom they do business, and to inspect all products before acceptance.

BIOVISION CLINICAL SOLUTIONS LLC MAKES NO WARRANTIES ABOUT ANY PPE PRODUCT AND DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, RELATING TO THE PPE PRODUCTS, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION ANY WARRANTY OR MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE OR NON-INFRINGEMENT WARRANTY AND SERVICE FOR ANY PRODUCT NOT MANUFACTURED BY BIOVISION, IF ANY, IS PROVIDED BY THE ORIGINAL MANUFACTURER, NOT BY BIOVISION.
